Not a day goes by that I don’t get asked, “How’s the market?” I always respond with, “It depends… are you looking to buy, sell or purchase an investment property?”

Every day, week, month and quarter is different in real estate. Just this week we received multiple offers on two of our listings, both of which were bid and eventually sold above the asking price.
