When is the Right Time to Sell?

We hope your new year has started off as strong as the real estate market! There was very little inventory over the holiday season and now the buyer pool is even bigger than it was last year. We get asked on a daily basis if it’s better to sell now or wait until the spring.

Home prices have continued to rise month over month and are showing no signs of slowing. Our recommendation is for sellers to list soon in order to secure your next home before prices get out of reach or interest rates impact your ability to purchase.
