With a passion for service, Alicia is most energized by people and building relationships. Her loyalty and dedication to her clients’ goals come from a place of service and love for people. She is a natural connector and has found that real estate allows her to connect and come alongside individuals and families to help them realize their real estate dreams.


Born just outside of New Orleans, Louisiana, Alicia grew up rooted in southern hospitality.  After spending her early career in the hotel and travel  industry, she found that the art of true hospitality is found in the execution of the details. 


Her mission is to handle these details while working side by side with you throughout the process of selling or buying your perfect new home. Alicia’s vast experience in sales, marketing and contract negotiation will give you peace of mind as you navigate the home-buying or selling process. Step by step, she will be your advocate and sounding board to ensure all the important details are not glossed over.


Alicia wants you to feel like part of the family. No two clients are alike. You might have a very specific timeline or a list of non-negotiables. Alicia is ready with a listening ear and the patience and support you need.  Her greatest desire is to be the agent you come back to as your family grows or your life circumstances change as “your agent.” 

Alicia and her husband, Bob, moved to San Marcos from the Los Angeles area seeking the best place to raise their two girls. The San Elijo Hills community has exceeded their expectations by providing access to quality schools, wide-open spaces and, most importantly, a strong sense of community. 


In her spare time, you’ll find Alicia sharing her Southern hospitality with family and friends—making sure everyone is well fed and having a good time! Real estate excites Alicia because she feels there is no greater feeling than welcoming people into their own home. 


Previously, Alicia served as Senior Vice President at WorldHotels where she led the sales and hotel development team for the America’s.  Alicia is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Communications.

In joining Cay and Carly, Alicia will help expand their impressive presence in the North County area.  At her core, Alicia is a strategic thinker who can simplify complex issues and help make sound decisions  in varying market conditions.
