CARDIFF

Cardiff-by-the-Sea, usually referred to as Cardiff, is a beach community in the incorporated city of Encinitas in San Diego County, California. The Pacific Ocean is to the west of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, the rest of incorporated Encinitas is to the east and north, and a beach and lagoon to the south. With a population of under 12,000, Cardiff-by-the-Sea operates as part of the city of Encinitas, but unlike the other communities that comprise Encinitas, has its own ZIP code (92007). Cardiff is home to a few well-known surf spots, such as Swami's and Cardiff Reef.

ENCINITAS

Encinitas is a coastal beach town in the northern San Diego County coastline. It is about 25 miles north of San Diego between Solana Beach and Carlsbad. This community has over 60,000 residents, pristine beaches, rolling hills, a famous botanic garden and a vibrant, thriving downtown area. Known for its excellent surfing conditions, visitors from all over the world gather to compete in surfing tournaments. It’s unique old-world charm and modern sophistication offers something for everyone. The warm year-round temperatures provides outdoor opportunities for residents beyond the beaches with its great hiking trails, biking, and golf courses.

The unincorporated community of Poway became a city in San Diego County in 1980. With a population now of about 50,000, this small city offers young professionals and families the best access to all of what the area has to offer. Just a few miles to the west, you will find yourself on the beach, and a few miles to the east you can explore some of the area’s local wineries. 

DEL MAR

The community of Del Mar is primarily single-family residential neighborhoods with a population of just over 4,200 within it’s 2.2 square mile border. It is well known for having a vibrant, active downtown filled with retail and restaurants. This community has beautiful beaches that are also dog-friendly, hiking trails, and spectacular views. Del Mar has a small commercial area and several hotels for its year-round visitors of over 2 million a year coming from all over the world.

RANCHO BERNARDO

Rancho Bernardo is a hidden beauty in the North San Diego County with exceptional culture. This master-planned community has a population of about 76,000 residents and is considered one of the best places to live. With well-developed and upscale living, you will live amidst three golf courses, local hot spots and experience the famous street fair each year. As one of the largest school districts in the county, it is not only a great place to work and live, but to raise a family.
