Selling a house can be stressful, confusing, and taxing. I don't know how we would have fared so well (both emotionally and financially) without Cay leading us through the process. His team included a staging consultation prior to listing, which allowed us to address cosmetic issues we didn't notice, and present our home in its best light. Prior to listing we had a thoughtful and objective discussion regarding our pricing strategy which played a critical component in the successful outcome. The results speak for themselves: 70+ at the Open House, 5 excellent offers, successful closing at a very fair price within 20 days of the original listing.
